In the Power Vinyasa class expect to flow through a powerful, energetic flow that incorporates a mixture of strength poses and balance. You will work with your breath and body, flowing through poses with the rhythm of your breath

A gentle flow to encourage our body's subtle energies to return to balance and harmony. Breathe deep into the tighter corners of the body and unwind in a soothing meditation with Sound Bowls

Restorative Flow
A gentle yoga practice promoting flexibility, alignment and a deep cleanse. As we move deeper into each yoga pose, you’ll find the effect is a gentle detox for your body as we release any trapped toxins and energy blockages.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is a gentle flowing sequence of postures, that is designed to unite movement with the breath. Mindfully moving to quieten your mind, create flexibility and endurance.

Ashtanga
A series of yoga poses practiced in a dynamic, flowing sequence that coordinates movement breath (pranayama) and energetic locks (bandhas). The flow forms a seamless stream of form and awareness that you learn to carry with you on and off the mat.

Yoga House has given me so much peace, flexibility and strength. Having this wonderful sanctuary helped me journey through my grief when I lost my mom and best friend last year. I find the practices healing, I am grateful for the variety. I work a full time challenging job and often feel stressed but the minute I walk into Yoga House I can feel the tension release, once I am on my mat I let go and really enjoy being in the moment. I can't tell how much this means to me, to have access to this beautiful community, every teacher is a wonderful, welcoming and perfect guide to help me in my journey. I see the improvements in my flexibility and the peace of mind I am gaining. It takes time and consistency, but worth every minute. Thank you so very much.
I was always a little skeptical about yoga. I am a runner and preferred more 'energetic' workouts with my limited time, but I kept walking or running past Yoga House and wondering what it would be like, whether it would help me tone up and help me touch my tones! So, in January 2022, I decided to join for a month on the unlimited membership which gave me flexibility to enjoy the full experience. I went to a Vinyasa class on a Saturday morning and was hooked. Yoga House has a great vibe about it, lovely fellow classmates and is a place of calm for me. The workout was also hard! Harder than I was expecting and I have seen so many improvements in my physical health (I can now touch the floor, let alone my toes!) and mental well-being too. There's such fantastic mixture of classes, at various times of the day and the practitioners are fab - all bring something different and unique to my practice. It also isn't taken too seriously so if you fall out of poses it doesn't matter and there are modifications in every session for all levels of flexibility and fitness. We are always told, "It's just yoga, it doesn't matter" and that's right. An added bonus, at the end of every session is 'Shavasana', which means you lie down, with your eyes closed, whilst nice music plays and incense is blown round the room - absolute bliss. I love Yoga House and I am so grateful to Rachel and all the staff who make it such a special place for all.
I joined Yoga House from day one and I am truly grateful and feel so blessed to be able to come to this warm and welcoming space where I can just switch off and connect to me. There are so many classes and so many great teachers offering guidance and encouragement that just draws me further into my yoga journey. There is no judgment and no expectations, you come as you are and just listen to your body. Thank you Yoga House for a beautiful space.
