Strong Flow

In the Power Vinyasa class expect to flow through a powerful, energetic flow that incorporates a mixture of strength poses and balance. You will work with your breath and body, flowing through poses with the rhythm of your breath. This class will give your body a fabulous workout while offering the full benefits of breath awareness and deep relaxation time at the end of the flow. It is recommended if you are new to yoga that you try the Intro to Yoga class before attending a Power Vinyasa class.
