The Calm Room is on the top floor. You’ll find our more gentle, nourishing classes here. Expect deep relaxation and rest.
If you’re feeling like trying something a little more upbeat, our FitSpace Studio room is on the ground floor and helps you explore the next level of your physical practice.
Having both spaces allows us to offer a wide range of yoga styles to suit all levels of practice. From Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin yoga, as well as meditation and sound healing classes.
