Slow Flow

A gentle, full body flow to encourage our body’s subtle energies to return to balance and harmony. Except to hold poses for between 30 seconds and 2 minutes while you breathe deep into the tighter corners of the body. You’ll then be invited to unwind in a deep, soothing guided meditation using the power of sound and guided meditation. A beautiful evening class to slow down the busy mind before bed… helping with a blissful night’s sleep.
