A gentle, floor based yoga class where you’ll hold each pose for between 1 – 2 minutes minutes, supported by cushions and yoga straps. Promoting flexibility, alignment and a deep cleanse. As we move deeper into each yoga pose, you’ll find the effect is a gentle detox for your body as we release any trapped toxins and energy blockages. You will learn to begin to connect with your breathe and let go of the daily stresses we carry with us. A variation of sound vibrations and essential oils are used in the class to help restore emotional wellbeing.
